Once you indicate the willingness to help someone with a particular amount of money, the MMM system matches you DIRECTLY with the person (MMM does not have a bank account where you pay money and it can be easily stolen from). The system shows you the account details of the person requiring the amount you are willing to provide as help.
From the moment you actually indicate interest to provide help on the system, the particular amount starts growing by 1% everyday. At the end of the 30 days, your money gets ripe to be withdrawn back by you.
You then indicate interest to get help. The system then matches you with someone who wishes to provide help (like you did earlier). The person pays directly into your account the original amount you gave out plus your 30% reward (say you helped initially with principal amount of #10,000, at the end of 30 days, you get #13,000).
